Job Description

Description of job:
● Responsible for designating and controlling the production process in the production process of the product, constantly reviewing its rationality and optimization;
● Put forward design optimization suggestions on the manufacturing process in the new product development stage;
● Auxiliary design of production and test fixtures, process problems at the production site in the mass production stage, and output improvement reports;
● Handle process problems in the production site at the NPI stage and mass production stage of the new product, and output improvement reports;
● Responsible for the introduction of new materials, new processes and new equipment;
● Lead the completion of R&D to mass production;
● Supervise and correct unreasonable and non-compliant operation behaviors at the production site;
● Specify the rework plan due to poor quality and provide on-site guidance;
● Complete customer data requirements on time

Job Requirements:
● Communication, electronics related majors, full-time bachelor degree or above;
● Three years of work experience in product introduction or process development positions in the optical chip industry;
● Familiar with the production and processing technology of optical chip products, and have rich experience in production site management;
● Familiar with optical chip materials and bad analysis and treatment methods;
● Self-driven personality, positive attitude towards work, strong sense of responsibility;
