JD-Senior (Senior) Hardware Engineer

Description of job:
● Design high-precision adjustable current source, voltage source, 4-quadrant current and voltage source, SMU and other laser drive power circuits and sampling circuits;
● Design nanosecond pulse power supply, especially Lidar laser drive circuit and sampling circuit;
● Design other optoelectronic chip drive sampling circuit;
● Responsible for circuit principle verification, chip selection, schematic design. Assist layout design, debugging, production, testing and problem solving;
● Output relevant hardware product technical data and documents, and technical document management;
● Guide and train junior engineers to assist the project team to complete product delivery;
● Assist the establishment of related process systems for electronic product quality;

Job Requirements:
● Bachelor degree or above in electronics-related majors, priority will be given to a number of school electronics industry courses;
● Strong analog circuit and digital circuit design ability, especially the design ability of precision power supply circuit and sampling circuit. Design experience of power supply instrument and high-precision test and measurement instrument is preferred, and experience in optoelectronic chip ATE equipment circuit design is preferred;
● Have more than 5 years of electronic product development experience, which can be relaxed to 3 years for particularly outstanding candidates;
● Experience in high-frequency circuit design is preferred;
● Familiar with basic digital-analog circuits, familiar with common instruments and equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes, and have strong debugging and analysis capabilities;
● Have strong problem analysis and solving skills;
● Have experience in electronic product hardware team management is preferred;
● Experience in establishing electronic product quality process system is preferred;
● Able to adapt to strong work intensity, currently it is off or off;
● Able to adapt to a small number of domestic business trips;
