Description of job:
● Independently responsible for or assist in product research and development, such as program design of automated testing machines, device selection, and mechanical design. Cabinet frame structure design and structural design;
● Independently be responsible for or assist in product verification, improvement and upgrading, production conversion, and solving mechanical problems found in the production process;
● Develop and introduce suppliers, communicate and coordinate with suppliers to implement structural parts processing, and support the procurement department to clarify the technical indicators of purchased parts;
● Support the production and development of tooling fixtures for production lines;
● Support the relevant mechanical structure requirements of customers;

Job Requirements:
● Proficient in mechanical design in industrial automation; proficient in the design of general tooling and fixtures, with corresponding work experience for more than 10 years;
● Familiar with the development of test equipment products, and the design of sheet metal cabinets and machines. Familiar with a wide range of relevant knowledge of mechanical parts processing technology, tolerance matching, surface treatment, etc., have the ability to communicate with relevant suppliers, and formulate and implement technical requirements;
● It is better to understand the optical communication or semiconductor industry;
● Proficient in CAD design, using software for stress analysis and thermal simulation is better;
● Experience in high-frequency signal design and simulation is preferred;
● Love technical work, have team awareness, and have considerable learning and development capabilities
