Description of job:
● Lead the procurement team to develop a supplier group that meets the requirements based on the company's relevant procedures and product requirements, based on the comprehensive requirements of technology, quality and cost;
● Implement the company's material procurement strategy to ensure that the purchased materials maintain cost competitiveness and long-term stable supply capabilities;
● Understand the technical requirements of the product, be responsible for the tracking and confirmation of sample materials; collect and analyze supplier quotations, compare prices with suppliers, negotiate prices, and select suitable partners;
● Negotiate purchase contracts with suppliers, issue purchase orders according to the production plan, urge suppliers to deliver in time according to order requirements, and monitor the quality of purchased materials;
● Communicate and coordinate with the technical and quality departments on the technical requirements and quality standards of parts and components in a timely manner; statistically analyze the supplier's supply status, and timely feedback the problems in the procurement process;

Job Requirements:
● Full-time college degree or above, majoring in mechanical/supply chain/management related majors;
● More than eight years of procurement work experience, proficient in supplier development process and inquiry, negotiation, and price verification processes, priority is given to automobile industry and non-standard automation industry;
● Have experience in purchasing structural parts and need to have a good understanding of mechanical processing;
● Experience in supply chain management, cost control, benign supplier replacement, supplier introduction verification, procurement process control and optimization;
● Strong logical thinking and interpersonal communication skills;
