Description of job:
● Discuss the product reliability test plan or program with customers;
● Independently responsible for the implementation of product reliability experiments, and provide reliability experiment reports according to customer requirements;
● Develop and improve product reliability verification procedures and related manuals to form a feasible training program;
● In view of product reliability problems and deficiencies, propose effective improvement plans; and gradually improve until they are resolved;
● Assist the superior in completing the planning and construction of the reliability laboratory;

Job Requirements:
● Graduated from optoelectronic engineering or related major, bachelor degree or above;
● Familiar with the process flow and test flow of the optical chip. Good data processing and analysis capabilities;
● 3 years or more of optical chip semiconductor manufacturing and testing experience, experience in optical chip reliability is preferred;
● Good communication, communication skills and team spirit;
